WHY THE 1-WEEK MINIMUM

We can name you lots of our competitors out there who will rent you a nice apartment in Florence or in Rome or even a country house for 3 or 4 nights, even 1 night. Vacanza Bella won’t.

Why?

As Bush senior used to say, it’s a “vision thing”. We just don’t believe in it. We began Vacanza Bella nearly 20 years ago because we believed in slow travel. We want you to slow down and get to know a place in a little more depth, get to know the quirks of the villa or apartment you’re staying, acquaint yourself with the neighborhood, its shops, its residents, its customs.

Had we wanted to rent rooms by hour or by the night for a living, we would have done that. And as indicated above: If your schedule doesn’t permit your staying a full week, there are people you can go to who will happily do what we won’t. In fact, we’ll direct you to them!
